Our History

Original Chandler Equipment building; used trucks, hose, pto's, hydraulic pumps, litter spreaders, vacuum accessories

1978

Chandler Equipment was founded in Batesville, Arkansas by Bob and Faye Chandler.

1982

Company relocated to Springdale, Arkansas.

CEO of Chandler Capital Group, Chris Chandler, at Jurop facility in Italy.

1992

Formed partnerships with two world class Italian manufacturing companies, Jurop S.P.A which manufactures vane pumps, and Metaltecnica S.R.L which manufactures brass valves.

2000

Sold the Chandler Spread Bed dealership to Wilcox Truck Sales.

2004

Facility expansion - built a new 20,000 sqft warehouse.

2006

Introduced welding robots to automate manufacturing processes and to increase product quality and efficiency.

Jeff and Chris Chandler purchased the company from Bob and Faye Chandler.

2011

Facility expansion - built a new 11,000 sqft office and 4,500 sqft addition to our main production building. Bought 3.5 acres of adjacent land with 16,000 sqft added to production.

2015

Created Chandler Truck Accessories brand to provide the trucking industry with the finest toolboxes available on the market.

2016

Morgan & Chris Chandler purchased the remainder of the company stock from Jeff Chandler.

2017

Acquired Backwoods Bumpers, an established bumper manufacturer. Merged their team with ours to create a new brand called Backwoods Adventure Mods.

2021

Invested in new capital assets, including a 10K laser and CNC folding machine.

2023

Completed a 30,000 sqft expansion to our manufacturing facility in Springdale.

2024

Signed an exclusive distribution agreement as the sole importer and dealer for Metaltecnica Zanolo (MZ) branded products for both the United States and Mexico.

Became the exclusive distributor for Battioni Pagani vacuum pumps and blowers for the United States and Mexico.

Acquired ROAMBUILT out of Portland, Oregon. Rebranded all van products to ROAMBUILT.

2025

Acquired Starwood Customs in Lowell, AR.

Sold ROAMBUILT.

Chandler Equipment announces corporate name change to Chandler Capital Group.

Expansion with two new facilities: 20,000 sqft research and development facility in Tontitown, Arkansas dedicated to Backwoods Adventure Mods and a 30,000 sqft Warehouse facility in Lowell, Arkansas dedicated to Chandler Truck Accessories and Chandler Vacuum.
